We have a client who somehow made a change to his Windows client to display all the company contacts in the Team view.

When they go into the Contacts section, it displays all company phonebook contacts as it should, but when they click on the Team section, when they expect to only see other 3CX users on their system, they see both internal users and the company contacts. I can't seem to figure out how they made that happen or how to fix it so that the Team section only shows the actual team.

The small toggle beside the search bar on the left.

That was the first thing I had thought as well, until I remoted into the client's PC and the slider was not to the right. And from what I understand, that slider should only add personal contacts to that view, and not the entire company phonebook, which is what is appearing in that list.

This client has about 150 speed dial contacts sets up in their system, so this seems to mess up this one persons' "Team" view making it hard to find the rest of the staff.

Contacts shouldn't show. Could they be actual extensions, but just unregistered?

No these are definitely entries from the company contacts. They have them all organized with a 4 letter code for each one, so they stick out like a sore thumb.

There are only 12 phones/users on this system, and about 150 of these speed dials setup.

It's kind of clunky because it was set up as a replication of what they did on their previous Digital PBX, but these "speed dials" are all setup as individual outbound rules with a specific dial code to reach each an outside number (.ie **001, **002, etc).

I've just been told that the user rebooted their PC and it looks normal again... who knows?
