Pretty self explanatory. I have a customer that uses a lot of of variations of the same call queue, they'd like to copy the baseline one, including the agents and previous ring strategy including hierarchy and then iterate on them. We're finding it cumbersome to copy these call queues by hand and manually add several agents in and skill assignments
