I understand this feature has been discontinued since v18. I saw this thread https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/hubspot-not-showing-all-calls.122311/#post-573343 about how to edit the template to get it to start auto creating contacts again. I haven't been able to get it to work properly as I believe there might be some differences between HubSpot & Zoho.
