CRM API INTEGRATION DOCUMENTATION

Hello All.

I have a customer with a request to integrate a custom CRM with 3CX using the API. They say have difficulties initiating requests (eg makecall) to the 3CX API from the CRM. They need a guide, some sort of documentation to assist them to get the integration done. Is there any such documentation? If there is please assist provide documentation URL?

In order to make outbound calls you can use the click to call browser extensions if your CRM is web based, or Multiline TAPI if your CRM is a Windows app and can use TAPI.
