from our 3cx we are using, as an integration with CRM, the possibility of inserting into our db as per the 3cx documentation:

INSERT INTO 3cx_log VALUES (NULL,'[CallType]','[Number]','[CallDirection]','[Name]','[EntityId]','[EntityType]','[Agent]','[AgentFirstName]','[AgentLastName]','[AgentEmail]','[Duration]','[DurationTimeSpan]', STR_TO_DATE('[DateTime]', '%d/%m/%Y %H:%i:%s'),STR_TO_DATE('[CallStartTimeLocal]', '%d/%m/%Y %H:%i:%s'),STR_TO_DATE('[CallStartTimeUTC]', '%d/%m/%Y %H:%i:%s'),'[CallEstablishedTimeLocal]','[CallEstablishedTimeUTC]',STR_TO_DATE('[CallEndTimeLocal]', '%d/%m/%Y %H:%i:%s'),STR_TO_DATE('[CallEndTimeUTC]', '%d/%m/%Y %H:%i:%s'),NOW())

In the various fields there is no calling number field but only extension and called number since it is present in the cdr file: is it possible to also have the calling number in the insert into or another way to externalize this data?

Thank you

Thank youHowever, I can't find the parameter for the calling number in the list: is there the possibility of using it as a parameter? It is not present both in the xml template indicated and in the SQL parametersThank you

The @Number parameter contains the caller's number. The @Agent parameter contains the extension number that receives the call.

Ok @number and @Agent, but there is, as present in the cdr, a “from-no - Source caller number” field; the data is useful since from an extension the user can use different outgoing numbers.

That information is not available for the integration template.
