CRM Integration does not open contact url

Hi,
I configured the CRM Integration. It seems to works. So if I test the integration in the admin menue it shows the right contact
and also the delivered ContactUrl is correct.

When I recieve a call (from a contact in crm) it already shows in the web app the phone number, the name and a small contact
card icon. If i click that card it opens the website from crm

In 3cx settings / Integration I selected "Open Contact URL with activated CRM Integration automatically". But this does not happen.

Just for testing I used "Userdefined Contact URL" and entered something like "www.google.com" as URL. This is openend with
a incoming call.

I also checked if the popup is blocked. But this is not the case.

Does anybody have ideas?

The URL should open on answering the call. What integration are you using for the CRM side?

Ohhh - shame on me - I didnt answer that call. So I just thought it should work with ringing...
If answering it works...

As per @ConceptsWeb the CRM contact URL is triggered upon answering the call.

In older versions, there was the option to trigger the pop up upon ringing, although this behavior has changed ( just to argue with your statement "Ohhh - shame on me" as it is easy to miss that )
