CRM-Template: supplementary API call? (Autotask)

Hi,
i'm currently creating a CRM template for importing contacts from Autotask to 3CX which is working fine... except 1 thing. There is no field containing CompanyName but just a simple numeric field called "companyID". There is an API for getting the company details, so the question is: can I invoke a supplementary API call to fill CompanyName?

Yes, you can. For example, check the Salesforce template we provide, you will see exactly that in this template.
