Just wanted to share an issue I've experienced during CRM integration.
Observed:
When XML is uploaded (+Add button) to Settings/CRM Integration, sometimes UI doesn't recognise file upload.
Expected:
When XML is uploaded (+Add button) to CRM integration page, UI to show CRM integration config screen
Bug Found:
When XML is uploaded more than once and file is smaller than the previous upload, XML gets corrupted as the upload seems to overwrite bytes over existing file.
e.g.
1st upload with size 100bytes ending.

2nd edited upload with size 97bytes; the final file found in 3CX-instance:/var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Http/Templates/crm/{your xml file} saved as; thus violating XML format

Workaround:
1.If the XML is corrupted, edit the file manually and fix.
2.Append empty lines or spaces after </crm> e.g. 100bytes or so. then upload.
