Hi, using 12.5 phone system and 3cxphone with yealink handsets (latest s/w rev). All phones are remote from the system (ie 3cx in datacentre). Everything works ok, I can make and receive calls on the handset and can do so ok in 3cxphome mode, but in CTI mode I cant answer any calls (answer button greyed out) but can decline or transfer calls ok.
Can others answer calls in CTI mode using remote extensions like our setup?
