Hi,

I've performed the upgrade to SP6 (I think). The version I can have is 15.5.715.6

Does the '6' denote the Service Pack number? How else can I find the SP version (Debian).

The iOS push is not working and, from what I've read, the Service Pack upgrade should remedy this.

I've update via SSH, I have the repository as 'Jessie', the update command returned a bunch of updates, the upgrade command returned a bunch of info, all positive. What am I missing?

Thanks.

Hi YiannisH_3CX,
Thanks for that, that is the exact thread I followed initially. Just tried again, When I use the 'Jessie' repository all seems OK, except the version doesn't change. I've tried the https://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/v155 but I get an error returned stating:
Malformed line 2 in source list /etc/apt/sources.list.d/3cxpbx.list (dist)
The list of sources could not be read.
Does this make any sense to you at all?

Thanks,

Also, in the updates section I have:
Release New Final Release Update Available Out Of Date 15.5.715.6 15.5.1694.0 New Final Release Update Available Build 1694
But when I try and run the upgrade it doesn't do anything.
Would it be easier to build a new 3CX VM and restore from a backup?

The download URL should not be in the sources list. This belongs in the management console. The sources list should have either

Code:
deb http://downloads.3cx.com/downloads/debian jessie main
Or
Code:
deb http://downloads.3cx.com/downloads/debian stretch main
depending on the version of Debian you are running.
If you are still on jessie however you need to upgrade your debian verion to Jessie.

Once you have the correct repository run
Code:
apt-cache policy 3cxpbx
This will give you the list of available versions for installation.

OK, Thanks.
That command returns the following list:

Can you help me understand what do i need to do next?

Are you running Jessie or stretch? You should see version V15.5.15502.6 as an available version. Please try running an "apt-get update" and see if the correct version is available then.

Hi, Jessie (8.11)
Confirmed
deb http://downloads.3cx.com/downloads/debian jessie main
Ran apt-get update
It did some positive looking stuff... but I'm still at 5.15.715.6

I'm lost....
