Solved Custom audio message on incoming call

Hi friends, just installed free PBX edition on google cloud, I managed to connect softphones and ip phones.
But what ever i do i can not setup custom audio file on incoming call.
i have one incoming landline number and i need to play welcome message immediately without default ringing.Like Hello you called company you will be connected to operator (or something similar), after welcome, on hold music, and if possible then, all operators are busy please wait, audio.
How i understand I need add digital assistant but what ever way i try it does not work.

Do you have same manual for this scenario?

what should be extension configuration and how to configure digital assistant?
Is this even possible with free edition?

On the Destination for No or invalid input, set it to 1 second and forward to extension or hunt group
