We have multiple implementations of the 3CX Phone System 11 on x64, but for one specific instance in which we have implemented a windows service that makes a call to the Config Server, so that we can add an extension to a ring group for a time and then remove it. The service runs well for 2 weeks, then the 3CX Config server no longer becomes accessible. We get this error, “TCX.Configuration.Exceptions.PhoneSystemException: Config server is not connected”. The only fix for this is to restart the Config Server, which restarts all of the services. After restarting the Config Server, it is accessible again. Any thoughts?

You can create a script which will restart 3cx services once a week

We are trying to stay away from having to do such a thing.

If PBX continue to work then you need to verify implementation of your service.
If PBX stopped to work then please report the issue

Thanks

The PBX continues to work for the most part.

The config server is what becomes unresponsive. We are opening a ticket to see what the issue here might be.

We've implemented the script using the same format as the examples that were provided with the API.

If I provide the function, would that help?
