Custom Ringtones on IP Phones

I have custom rings that my customer wants set. When I attempt to set it on the phone via the web UI, it can set, but cannot reflect the option in 3cx. Thus causing the ringtone being erased every time the phones reboot. Is there a way to set this in 3cx that is not clear?

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Provision the phones then remove the link from the web UI. This way don't get reprovisioned every day.

If by custom rings you mean ringtones that already exist on the device but are simply not set as the default ringtones then you can change them from within the "Management Console >> Extensions >> Phone Provisioning tab". This provided of course that it is supported for the specific model. Just bear in mind that the ringtone changed from within the Management Console is only for internal calls.

If this is not the case, then you might indeed need a custom template as mentioned by @cobaltit but do know that 3CX does not support them and therefore the IP Phone configuration using it will be rendered unsupported. What @Frederick Marcoux mentioned would work also but you will of course lose the ability to re-provision the device.
