Good Day,
We have a security door that opens with a *55 command on a call from the push button. The call arrives, and if the receptionist presses *55 on the keypad, the door opens, but a if a custom speed dial with *55 is created and pressed on her softphone when the door buzzer is pressed, it says "resume failed" and nothing happens. We did a BLF key on her Yealink T54S phone as well and that did not work either.
She has the "Perform receptionist operations like set status, set reminders (wake-up call), Assign and Clear extensions (Check-in/out) " right assigned.
She has a "star 20 star" speed dial that picks up calls without issue, so why is the *55 not programmable as a custom speed dial?
The is on an Enterprise licensed 3CX.
Thanks.
