Solved Custom System Prompts

Hi support

im toying with some prompts and I believe i've found an issue.

Im doing the QCB.

Caller hits 2
<CB_REQ> is triggered
caller presses 1
<CB_BYE> is triggered

the problem comes when they hit 0.

I assume this is supposed to trigger <CB_EDIT_NUM> but instead it appears to be triggering these 3 <PLSENTER><NUMBER_ENT><THENPRESPND>

I cant see where CB_EDIT_NUM comes in to this?

ok may be wrong with this one but I still need to find which audio prompt is being called when it says "please enter number then press hash"

Nevermind..

3CX needs some pokey-jiggery to give the correct file..

(switching between prompts)
