custom templates

My dashboard under phones says i have custom templates that could cause issues. Where can i locate which phones are using these so i can correct them?

The phones will be highlighted in red in in the dashboard ,

I find it strange that you aren't aware that you are using custom templates.

If you had these you would of written and deployed these yourself, unless of course you have inherited this system.

Custom templates are not supported by 3CX and where they are perfectly fine to use I would only recommend if you know what you are doing in regards to template writing.

Go to Settings > Templates in your management console.



It's under the custom category. You should remove any phones that use your custom template and reprovision them again using the default templates.

Make a backup of your system first, just in case.
