Custom time condition

Hello Guys,

Is there a way we can create custom time conditions as i saw only office/after office hours and holidays available on 3CX.

Holiday annoncement A
Afterhours annoncment B
Holiday C

Eg. If i have a company closure on X date and 16hr - 20hr and this need to reached a specific announcement.

And from some date from 20:01 to next day a specific announcement..

Look at Settings - > Timezone & Office Hours Settings

If you configure a holiday, could can play another prompt and all calls are forwarded to the Hol IVR where you can route the calls to the correct location.

If you do not add a prompt on the holiday setting, it will play the Hol IVR prompt



Make sure the trunks have 'Play holiday prompt when it's a global holiday'

You can configure a time when creating a holiday. Either the holiday prompt plays or the HOL IVR prompt plays but not both.

what if i need to define a specific time condition to reach a ring group or after the announcement to call an external number.

What you want should be doable, you just have to add multiple holidays for the same day, but specifying different hours for each time slot.



Each of these time slots can have a different message selected.

As for your last question you should add another Holiday and this one should not have a message defined, so that the HOL IVR will be enabled. Once the call goes to the HOL IVR it can play another message and then forward the call to your ring group like so
