Dear 3CX, Experts and All,
I am having one customer moving from SIP Trunk to GSM Gateway with approx. 10 subscribers (mobile numbers) and those subscribers plugged into
DINSTAR UC2000-VH and configured in 3CX Sip Trunk for inbound/outbound call. As per their raised report, most of call was not good, some times dropped and sometimes voice is not smooth (slow) which experienced in bad quality.

May you please let us know how to monitor, trace and analysis this issue and proof the customer with our own test? What we have tested is even some times outgoing call to other subscribers was not really good due to the location of B party (we also tested call mobile to mobile for same operator). So we assumed that this is not really because of our 3CX PBX system,, but we need proper log, trace and analysis to prove the customer.

Kindly share with me with this regard.

Thanks so much,

When wanting to check the call quality that is sent/received over VoIP, you need to use Wireshark.
Make sure that you using codecs G711a or G711u (alternatively called PCMA and PCMU) and the check out the "Basic Troubleshooting" module video in our Academy:
https://www.3cx.com/3cxacademy/videos/advanced/basic-troubleshooting/

Towards the end there is a section that explains how to make a packet capture on your 3CX and then how to analyze the Audio.

Alternatively, find a 3CX Partner to help you out:
