Customer Server Side CRM Integration

I created an integration for an internal CRM using the server side template editor. I debugged and tested it within the template editor and it worked fine. However when i select it within the 3CX management console i get a 500 internal server error with the following output:

Any ideas?

We would have to see the template. A common error is not setting the country code. If you didn't do it, please set it to any value (for example US) as it is not used at the moment, but it is required.
