Customize conference email

Hello --

I would like to include the date and time of the conference to the email recipients. What would be the parameters for date/time? Is there a place where I can look up all the available parameters?

weird, I replied to this topic already today.

Here is what we do because if people dial in early it doesn't accept the conference.


1) Host of the meeting creates the start time 5 minutes before the meeting should start
2) Send the invite only to themselves
3) once they get the invite they change the start, end times, add any attachments and then add the attendies.
