Having trouble reallocating extensions to new users. After deleting / removing old users, 3CX states that the extension still belongs to the old / deleted user
Also having trouble re-adding telephones to the DECT. Have removed the old phone (DECT unit was dead). Attempted to re-allocate existing DECT unit from another office / extension. Deleted old DECT link. Fails to re-add stating that the mac address belongs to the deleted extension.
This Phone / MAC belongs to FXS/DECT Yealink W60B DECT Phone - Sydney Office. Choose another Phone / MAC
Database issue in the background perhaps?
