Launched the upgrade process normally from the management console. As after an hour, the system wasn't back up, logged in via SSH.
- OS is still Debian 9
- 3CX services removed

So, where can I find the logs showing the reasons for this failure?.
- Checked /var/log/, but none of the logs present around the upgrade time shows any type of error
- /var/log/apt contains 2 logs, history.log and term.log, but no error either
- /var/log/postgresql shows that postgress upgrade aborted for some unknown reason (see attachment)

Any help is welcome

I guess, I'll have to perform a clean install of v16 'til I can go onsite to install Debian 10 manually. But is this possible with a partially upgraded Debian 9 system ???

Hello,

The issue with the upgrades has been resolved a few hours ago and the OS upgrade option has been restored in the Management Console. We have also resolved the issue with the ISO in some cases showing a dependency error, as well as check that installations occur normally on our supported Hosting Platforms and RPi.

If there are any comments that you need share with us, I would ask that they are all gathered in this post:
