Greetings,

I was hoping someone might be able to help me with this: I have SNOM 821s and SNOM 870s both have the latest compatible firmware, but when you set call forwarding on the phones, it does not work when the phones are provisioned to the Debian SBC. STUN/Local works fine.

Thanks for any replies :)

Hi Sean,

This doesn't work and the reason is that the SBC does not support 302 diversion (call forwarding ). You need to use the extension forwarding rules. For instance you can set the "away" status to forward all calls to specific number and when the user needs to apply that rule can dial *31. Please note dial codes: *30 Available, *31 Away, *32 Do Not Disturb, *33 Lunch and *34 Business Trip

Perfect, I figured that was the case and have already set the proper rules. Thanks for the help!
