Completed and upgrade from v15.5 to v16, all looks to be fine but having an issue where calls are intermittently transferring from the digital receptionist to call queues/ring groups.
I could call in 3 times and it would work fine the first two times but the third try fails. The calls stays in limbo after an option is chosen.
Firewall checker is passing. Any ideas?
