Decline recording

Hello,

I set up recording on a 3CX, it works fine. I would like external calls to a queue, people have the option to decline recording by pressing a key. How to do ? Thank you

Go to the advanced option of your queue and turn on the option for OPT in or OPT out by pressing 3.

You would record a prompt at the intro advising customers to press 3 to opt in or opt out.
