DECT Headset recommendations

Hi guys

We've been using Yealink WH62 headsets, which have been great but we're finding they break very quickly and the headset ear cushion doesnt last.

Is there anything similar you lot are using that plugs in to the phone and PC and can be used for both?

The newer Yealink WH64 is a lot better than WH62. They learned a lot. Also you can order replacement ear cushions for both models.

Are Your WH62 always under warranty? because i did a RMA with one WH62 on which the arm broke at its base. I was not sure it will be accepted , but it was , thanks a lot Yealink !
I should normally receive a WH64 as brand new replacement on friday 24th

yeah, its 4 days out of warranty

Funnily enough this headset, is a replacement for my previous headset that broke..

So either im the problem ¬_¬ or the headset is.

They're giving me credit for the headset but wanted something gorilla proof.
