Hi @Alcasys

This depends mainly on your provider and what it supports. Some providers will send whatever it is sent by the PBX while others will omit the callers name entirely. This also depends on your counties laws and regulations.
Generally speaking you can configure a fixed callers number to be sent by the PBX. The easiest way is to use the "Outbound Caller ID" field in the outbound parameters.
You can also try to send a custom caller name using the outbound parameters of the trunk and see if your provider supports it.
Who is your provider?

After add the name to SIP trunk Outbound Caller ID and check SIP trace, I can't see in Invite message the value of name, only number of Calling user.

That field is for the caller ID (number) not the caller's name so I would not recommend adding it there. Also what you see in the trace and which parameter you should add the name to depends on your provider and what its settings are.
It's best to contact them and ask what they expect to see and where before making any changes to your end which may end up braking general functionality.

Ok, I understand, but, if the caller is user 104 with my name , the name from filed From: is possible manage
by together name for all 3CX users ?
The operator T-mobile expecting the Caller number include name in field from.

You will have to involve your provider. A name in the trunk settings of 3CX might work, but many providers can insert a single name, sent for all callers if desired, overriding any name that the PBX sends. If no name is sent many destination providers will do a look-up, to see if a name is in a database that they subscribe to, or a generic (state/province), or simply no name, would be sent

Yes, you have truth but which field in the 3CX SIP trunk configuration must be described by name of customer ?
I have involved the public operator for accept the name of trunk for next distribute to SIP public network.

After change in SIP trunk configuratioin - Outbound Parameters the field :
From : Display Name to value Custom field + in field Custom value add a new name
the Invite message during outbound call again shows only name and number of 3cx user,
which was as initial of outbound call.

You may have to "play around" with some other settings in the outbound trunk options. There are several, dealing with where the caller ID information is taken from, for inbound, and outbound calls.

Be very careful when making any changes, to these fields, as they can lead to preventing all calls from completing.

An option that it may be, is From : Display Name, that allows you to change where that is taken. It is mentioned in this thread.

However, there are other parameters that can also affect this.

It will also depend on where (what field) your particular provider, takes that name.
