Delay in phone ringing after call ended

Hi, We've got a client who wants to be able to answer a call immediately after hanging up on another call (for example if a ring group is active, and they hang up a call, they want their phone to immediately ring so they can answer it).

Is this possible? Or do we just enable multiple calls on their phones?

Hi,

This is not possible, it takes a moment to end one call and the poll the next call.

If you enable multiple calls then the next person will timeout probably before the previous call ends.
