Delay ring on mobile apps?

Is is possible to delay the ring on mobile apps to allow someone to answer their desk phone first?

In other words, both start ringing at the same time which is kinda annoying.

This is not possible, as the devices have the same extension number - you can not delay ringing the app on the mobile phone

you could give the mobile app a different extension number and on the desk phone setup forward to mobile extension if not answered
