Solved Delete Free Instance

How do you delete a free instance? I accidentally created two additional ones.

Click on it, then at the bottom right of the page there will be a red Delete button.

So if you click and open an existing license key as mentioned above you will see :

There is no option to delete

You must login to the portal.3cx.com with the license owner Registration email address.

But not with the licence owner email address. Is this your partner portal maybe?

What exactly are you trying to do and expected the outcome to be, as in your case it's 3CX Free 10 user license, so you don't have own FQDN anyway as you are using shared instance there.

Got it! Thank you for the help!

Duplicate instances were created for the customer so I wanted to get the ones not being used deleted to keep things cleaner in the partner portal.
