Delete the photo of a previous employee in the web client

Is there a way I can administratively go into an extension in the admin console and remove the photo of an employee who no longer works for us? The extension was reassigned to another employee.

Hello.

No,for that specific settings you will need to access the actual extension via the Webclient/Deskphone app (you could send the welcome email to your email for example) and to do so, you can open your Weblcient and navigate to the Settings >> general >> and remove the image from there:
