Does the fax functionality work with the Demo license? We are currently demoing the product and are left with only a few things holding us back. We have been trying to get the fax functionality working, but it drops the call before it gets connected. After trying several configurations we are thinking that fax is blocked with the demo license. Is this the case?
The one would be call reporting and getting the full call flow including unanswered calls in the string. For example we would like to see the call coming into the queues then each person that may have been part of the call including those theta didn't answer the call.
