Demon Voice !!

Hi

I am trying to setup a 3cx server using Demon Broadband Voice. have incoming calls working fine but cannot get calls out to work.

I have setup the outbound calls rules and other paramaters as per the ISPs setup instructions but all I get in the log is the following:-

Call(22): Call to sip:[email protected]:5060 has failed; Cause: 503 Service Unavailable; warning: ; internal

Any Ideas Anyone? :cry:

Have you tried to use the same settings on a softphone? Try to install one on the same machine you have the 3CX PBX running (or at least on the same network) and let us know the results. Maybe your network could be blocking SIP traffic.
