Hi there,
I would like to configure a Depaepe HD 2000 IP with a 3CX located in the cloud.

In the phone description it's supposed to be possible :
• SIP V2 compliant. Interoperability with most IPBX platforms (Alcatel, Aastra, Avaya, Asterisk, etc.)

Unfortunately I can't see this model in the supported phone list provided by the 3CX website (https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/) so I wonder if it's possible ?

Can you tell me if someone here have already did it with the same phone brand (Depaepe).

Cheers!

Pretty much anything that "talks" SIP v2 (which is the standard for the SIP protocol) will work with 3CX however it is the method of how to integrate which is the issue here.

This device is completely un-supported - so no templates are available or setup guides, so unfortunately you are completely reliant to manual setup and your own resources.

If you have the means to contact the manufacturer, some un-supported providers write their own templates - it maybe worth asking. I would however recommend you save yourself some time and just get some supported handsets.

Ok, thank's for the reply.

So I managed to register the phone with my 3CX, I just put the required information on the web interface of my phone (SIP server / user & Authentificate ID) and all is working fine.
