Deploy basic settings in windows app to users

Hey everyone,
we have started our 3cx yesterday and are very satisfied so far.

I am currently looking for a way to set up some basic settings for the windows app, e.g. I want to set hotkeys for all users or activate the pop-up at incoming call for all users.

How do I accomplish that? Is there any way to copy settings? Or maybe some registry entries?
Where are the 3cx windows app settings stored?

Hi @ITmic,

Regarding your question, please note that there is no way to bulk adjust the settings of the Desktop App.
You will have to manually configure in each Desktop App the options that you want, or teach the users how to do it.
