Can you designate specific extensions to use specific SIP trunks without dialing extra code (eg. dial 9 first).
I have two groups in same office and needs to dial out and use specific SIP trunks because of Caller IDs. I want to do away with the extra code (like dialing 8 first then phone number to dial out of specific SIP trunk). So group A automatically uses SIP trunk 1 and group B uses SIP trunk 2 when they dial out.

One of the selections for outbound rules is what group membership it applies to. You can use this to have separate outbound rules for one group or the other. In update6 the new admin interface you can see the group level rules in this new style of administration (looks read only though so you have to use the management client page like normal to edit them)

You could also give the extension numbers, the range of extensions, or other selectors to match the outbound rule and it's associated outbound trunk to the call.
For extensions, you can do individual extension numbers separated with comma, or ranges with dash
eg:
100,102,120
(extensions 100, 102, and 120 match)

100,120-129,145 (Extensions 100, the range of extensions between 120 and 129, and 145 all match)

So this way you can select your outbound trunk by the extension or group membership instead of by the prefix.
