Desk Phone and App how to

Hi, I am trying to figure out how to configure our system and having some difficulty.

Each person in our office has their own office/deskphone but many times they work from home or are on the road traveling so they have the app as well. Currently when they are in the office, their app on their phone is ringing off the hook.

What is the best way to allow those with their own desk phone to also have the app and both not ring all the time? I thought about creating a second extension, one for desk and one for App, except then our desk phones won't have enough space to list both 'phones' of theirs for status and transfering.

Use the same extension number for both.

On the 3CX mobile application, modify the current status 'Accept Push Notifications'. When in the office, disable this function and the mobile will not ring, enable it the mobile application will ring

Unfortunately, those options are not in my Android app from what I can find.

As a side question, does anyone know how to transfer a call to someone in the status menu? We have all our users listed so we can see if they are on a call or not, but we cannot find how to press transfer and select someone, do we really have to memorize everyone's extension when using the app?
