I have no problems with 3CX premise hosted instances that have been in service for 4+ years and have been maintained and kept updated. On those phone systems, all the desk phone firmware updates automatically. It is like those systems still have the configuration from years ago which autoupdates desk phone firmware.
I have other 3CX premise hosted instances which are new in the last 18 months. These do not update firmware for the desk phones automatically. I have not been able to find the location in the PBX where it can be configured for automatic updates of the desk phone firmware.
I would appreciate some help on the matter.
All the desk phones are Yealink supported versions.
All the PBX instances are hosted on Debian and it is fully patched.
