Desktop App does not show user in the Teams view

The users which is available but does not showed up in the Teams view. Any idea what happened?

Yes, it does belong to the same group. Apparently, the user just came back and showed in the teams view without any changes or update is done. Why would this happened?

In the screenshot above, all extensions are shown as registered, so the only explanation coming in my mind is that the Desktop Client above is configured to don't show unregistered extensions, your guy was unregistered (ie not shown) and when he came back he become registered, therefore shown - but this scenario looks wrong because you said "the users which is available".

Thanks for your explanation. May I know any specific settings in desktop app to configure not to show unregistered extension?

That's very simple to try:
In desktop client left bar, click on the three dots/Settings/View and there on top "Team"/"Show unregistered extension".
