Desktop app V18 cloud - integration CRM Bitrix24

Hi,

I uses 3cx and Bitrix V18 on windows and works good ...
Now I want to do the same but in the cloud.

I created 3cx system - works good
configured server side also - wokrs with Bitrix and creation of new contact works...

But how enable it in desktop app to open Bitrix contact on screen ... like it was in windows client
now I don't see integration package ...

To enable CRM pop-up for incoming (answered) calls, ensure that the option "Automatically open contact URL when CRM integration is enabled" is checked in the Webclient/Desktop app under Settings > Integration.

OK, mocno schowana opcja
dodatkowo - po usunięciu kontaktów z Bitrix z moim numerem i usunięciu z 3cx - abym był "nowym" dzwoniącym - dostaje 404
czyli jakby system pamiętał poprzednio utworzony kontakt

choć nie - ten kontakt jest - jak wejdę w niego ręcznie to działa

dlaczego ? gdzie szukać jednego na końcu linku ... ? "głośno myśle"

to tak dla potomnych...

ale nowy problem na szybko - może pomożęsz ...
za każdym razem tworzy mi nowy kontakt ....

co dokładnie oznacza kolejkowanie CRM ?
odpytywanie ? czy zapisywanie właśnie nowego kontaktu ... ?
nie ma zanczenia, co ustawię - zawsze zapisuje nowy

I forgot about this setting ...
next issue if you could ...
no history about calls on the right

after enable call Journaling it starts working ...

strange, becouse on my old 3cx this otion is disabled and history in bitrix works...

Please note that Call Journaling must be enabled in order for calls to be reported in the CRM. This applies for all supported CRMs.
