I cannot see the install button when going to myphone I have the RC of V10

You need to install MyPhone locally first then the install button will show up. Right click anywhere in the MyPhone user console then select "Install 3CX MyPhone locally" follow prompts, login to the local installation via the icon on your desktop and then browse to the install desktop components.
