Hi guys

we will implement 3cx system with a fanvil ,snom and yelink Ip Phones and i have a question related to IP Phone dhcp , the ip phones will be connected through L3/2 cisco switches ..
should i use IP Option 132 or 66 or 150 " Like cisco " in the DHCP pool configuration in the cisco core switch who will act as a DHCP Server ?

Looking forward for any guidness . Thank you .

This isn't a 3CX question. The phones don't care how they get the provisioning path as long as they do. You'll want to use whatever method the phones support which all should at least support option 66. For specifics you'll want to look at the documentation for the particular brand/model of phone.

thank you cobaltit for your replay
Am not sure about what Fanvil or other vendors suggest , so from your experience i should configure DHCP with option 66 that's point to the 3CX server IP ?

Typically I use option 132 (yealink) to set the phones to the right VLAN (others like polycom use 128,etc) and option 66 to set the provisioning URL. For a large scale deployment I think this will be best.

So to answer your question - I recommend yes.
