I'm using some old AVAYA 4610SW IP phones on the 3CX software. All is good except, I cannot use Dial Codes. The phone will not pass them on, partly I think because the phones trying to use them a Feature codes.
So my question do Dial Codes within 3CX have to start with a * (star), can they be # (gate), then the code? EG #0, rather than *0 to park a call?
