When using the WebClient, the Dialpad (or active call) covers elements in the top-right.
We noticed this when a client was asking how to access the Panel to manage a queue while on the phone to an agent.
Sure enough, when we were on the phone to them discussing the reuqest, we saw our call to them covering the dropdown menu option we were about to point them to.
Opening a copy of the web client in another tab to perform actions while on a call will show the same overlay meaning covered elements are not accessible until the phone call has ended.

Suggestions:
- Draggable overlay - to keep it neat, you could make it automatically return to its normal position when a call has ended, or another starts.
- Collapsible - Allow user to dismiss/collapse the overlay but leave some banner or notification of ongoing call they can click to bring it back up.
