Dialer doesn't show when using RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) on full screen

Unfortunately the dialer doesn't pop up when we use RDP on full screen.
You have to minimize the window to answer a call.
This wasn't a problem with the old 3cx windows client v16.
Can you please implement this feature in the new desktop client, since many of our clients use RDP on full screen and they miss this feature too?

You can use the PWA client which will allow a popup over your RDP session when you receive a call. More on the PWA client here: https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/web-client-pwa/

i will try that, but this would not be a solution for our clients since they have almost all switched to the new desktop client.
Is it possible to implement this in the near future?

This was investigated internally previously and it will not be implemented in the near future I'm afraid, best to get your clients over to the PWA App.
