Hello, we need to make a call flow app. When calling a number, it is activated and calls start to jump from a list of numbers that is in a text file uploaded to the switchboard. Once activated, it will call number number sequentially and at the end of calling the list the Call flow has to stop. If we have a group of 4 extensions in the call queue and suddenly 2 get out of the queue, the switchboard should only send two calls, the switchboard should only call when an agent is available


actually i have create this, but it make more calls than agents on extension i have, like i have 2 calls waiting, have 2 extension on queue and it make 4 calls transfer 2 calls to agents and have 2 calls waiting, i want no calls waiting on queue and finish when it call one time all number on the archive .txt

I also need the predictive dialer to hang up the phone when detecting any speech, and call the next number on the list
