We've recently enabled a bridge between two 3CX instances running the latest V15.5
One thing that we noticed right away is that through the IVR it's not possible to dial an extension on a remote bridge instance.
The extensions on the bridged 3CX is in the 100 range while the Master 3CX they are in the 200 range.
These extensions can be reached internally when dialing from one extension to another.
Ive found this article of a user who found a sort of work around however It appears to be dated and opens a security hole. (see https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/dialing-a-bridged-extension-from-the-ivr.44914/)
I'd like to know if there is a better method of accomplishing this with the latest V15.5 or if there is a more secure workaround.
Thanks!
