Hi,

we have a problem determining the called number with our VOIP providers.
We have a lot of numbers on 1 account , and the incoming number is always the same (main) number.
The actually called number is listed in the sip-diversion field. In the log extract below, you'll see that the number called is xxxxxx80 when actually the number called was xxxxxx82. (as listed in the diversion field)

Is there a way for 3cx to use the info from the diversion field ?

Speaking about the Diversion header, I would also like to have the possibility to use Diversion header when routing calls to external numbers.

The VoIP providers we work with all say they support Call Diversion and that the use of this is the only way to keep the calling party's number when routing the call to a cell phone.

I think everybody who uses a cellphone expects to see the calling number.

Hi

The use of the field you require is currently not possible.

May I recommend that you post a Feature request on this via the Feature Request Forum board, then post the URL to the request in this thread for others to interact with.

Hi moosean,

I presume you use a provider in belgium?
maybe 3starsnet...

I have the exact same problem..

Did you found a solution or workaround?

(Maybe also dutch-speaking??)

Thx
