Solved DID's not routing correctly

Hi folk, my gaffer has provisioned a new customer and wants me to setup DID's for each extension,
I've assigned a DID to one to begin with, called it, and it went to the ring group instead of the extension;

Calls to any number (01613790128 or 01613790383 - 9) go to the 801 - Main Office ring group.
Greg has the DID set on his extension, the test extension is in the ring group 802 instead of having the DID set specifically to that extension.
Tried with the full number in the DID, 01613790383 and with the wildcard *3790383, not tried going as low as *0383 though....

Maybe if I set the primary DID to use the wildcard too?
Anyone have any ideas?

I would run a wireshark and dial one of your DIDs to see what your provider is sending

Perhaps your provider is sending the called number on a different SIP field than the one you have configured. Check the activity log as @kieferschild suggested and check an incoming Invite.
That should help you configure your trunk correctly.

Got it! Wireshark shown that the trunk was sending the main sip number each time, checking on the trunk, the DDI's were configured to route to the main number instead of routing as DDI's with individual numbers.
Set those correctly and now working
