Different information on different 3CX logins

Hi All,


Newbie here. I am using 3CX in a radio station enviroment. When we first specified it to use Win 10 was not an option to act as a server. When we finally got around to installing it we had more options.

I accessed 3CX Management console from our main Win Server 2019 anyway as I had it pegged out for it but I also used my laptop to access it from Win 10.

One of the extensions is behaving oddly, calling for a couple of seconds and hanging up, so I went in to check it out and the information on the account is different when I log in from the two different computers.

Is this normal? I thought it would auto update being a web interface. Or is there a fix for this?

Could someone do me a favour and sort me out? I cannot find anything online about this. I would like the information to sync up automatically wherever I log in from.

"went in to check it out" went where and checked out what? What information on the account? Is this desk phones or soft phones?

Are you speaking about Management Console and Webclient?
these 2 things are distinct so credentials are not the same, this is normal behavior , this is not from where you log in but on what you try to be logged

I think you have just given me enough information to sort this out. I thought they were the same thing.
